thereallara, I hot glued two pieces of foam board, covered with solid purple fabric, glued it from the underside, then covered it with clear shelf liner. (The fabric is a quilt square from Joanne Fabrics on sale for $1.) Hot glued the boa to the shelf liner.Hope that makes sense.
Kutedymples, I'm sure you can do it. I made all the fondant pieces ahead of time and saved some of the colored fondant for the stripes. Give it a try!
