Trying to learn BC roses, garland ruffles, and basket weave.... mini cakes cut out of a 9" x 13" x 2" red velvet cake (they're all two layers). I used a biscuit cutter and a coffee can to cut the red, white, & blue garland and basket of roses cake then decorated w/BC. Then I used the end for the berry basket and decorated w/cream cheese icing. (I learned that cream cheese icing does not support large berries very well. lol) The leftover cream cheese icing and berries were layered in the margarita glasses.
