This was my second paid cake, customer requesting devil's food cake with a Walleye on it. Well, it was a bit of a challenge. Tried making a MMF fish, and painting it, but it got dry and crumbly and fell apart before it could be placed on the cake. So, I had to go the buttercream transfer route. Customer was happy, gave me $10.00 more than I asked!
