I buy mainly white sugarpaste and colour it myself but it is virtually impossible to attain a deep red or black so I buy these colours in smaller amounts as and when I need them. I add some CMC powder to it just the same to give the paste more strength if I am going to model bigger pieces with it, but most of the time I get away with using it as it is.
