I let my icing set just a little bit and then went back and dimpled the surface with a corn silk brush. My logos were done with a #1 tip.

My husband emptied his golf bag of those he picks up along the course, so, that I could get the logos.

Another good dimpling method is to use a chopstick end after the icing sets (I do this on buttercream). Cute!
