This was a cake for my teenaged brother in law. We live in texas were it get in the triple didgets in april. It was 101 the day of the party so the frosting was running down the sides of the cake.

That is really cute!! What did you use to make the eyes???
I used the bottom of a plastic easter egg as the mold. I mixed, I think, 2 Tbsp. of water with one cup of sugar, packed it into the egg, unmolded it gently, and then let air dry for about three or four days.
