Cheyenne's Rat Cake
This is a big fat rat, from the tip of his nose to his bum is 19 inches. The rat is made from 4 layers of strawberry cake with strawberry butter cream filling. The rat is covered with fondant with fondant ears, nose, paws and tail. Wiskers are fishing line. The fondant is hand painted. Learned lots from this rat along the way. He is my second cake covered in fondant.
