8", 12" and 16 " x 6" tiers. All layers are my special carrot cake with Cream Cheese BC frosting. Bride wanted a very plain cake with fresh flowers. Wow was this a learning experience!! I had to transport this cake 10 miles up the canyon in mid July....90 degree heat and no AC in the car. The bottom two tiers weighed 30 lbs. I thought we were going to lose the bottom tier altogether. Had to prop the cake up under the board with a rock to keep bottom layers from sliding apart.

Your top two tiers are perfect.....and I understand what working with cream cheese frosting is like. That is why I specify that I don't use it on tiered cakes....it can shift and bulge and melt, etc in good conditions, let alone in 90 degrees. How did you do your cake stand? Love that!!
