no, the tops are not in chocolate. I had a misshap over night where the paper pulled away from the cake, so with help from CC'ers, they suggested to dip them in chocolate. So it's just the bottom and sides. Thanks!!

Thanks y'all for the lovely compliments! I dipped them in melted Ghirardelli chocolate with a tiny bit of shortning to smooth and thin it out a bit more. The cupcakes that had the flower already on them were a little hard to do. I just used a fork, dipped, and set on foil to harden. :D

Thanks y'all! Yepper I used square styrofoam and had to use a serrated knife to round the edges. Yes, I did use the round tooth pics.
