My son's first grade teacher's birthday is the same day as Mother's Day! This is also Teacher Appreciation Week so I thought I'd just include all and make her a nice cake. Her favorite color is yellow so this is what I came up with. Vanilla cake, white chocolate pudding and strawberry filling, bc icing. Yum!
