got so tired of black over the hill cakes. This picture is of cakes we presented at an expo, but we enjoy doing the red hat cakes for ladies who are turning 50. This cake was a big hit. This was a carrot cake w/ cream cheese frosting w/ purple "chenille" design frosting (that's what we call it).
