Thanks MomLittr; The fish is 50/50 gum paste/fondant made from a candy mold, allowed to dry hard, and painted with petal and luster dusts.

ShirleyW.. I bought that mold years ago in San Francisco; It is a Magic Line SM55, and I don't know if it is still available. Check with your local supplier :)
