Camouflage Wedding Cake

This is a 12-9-6 tier camouflage theme wedding cake. The cakes are decorated all in white buttercream smoothed to look like faux fondant style with shell bottom borders and trimmed with camouflage satin. The topper was hand painted by the bride in camouflage and there are candles and ivy between the pillars. The cake is sitting on a camouflage base surrounded by ivy.

Thanks so much. It was my first wedding cake and I was thinking all ruffles and such and when the bride told me what she wanted my heart sank. But it was interesting trying to think of ways to incorporate camouflage onto a cake without sponge painting it or something. Thanks so much for the compliment. I was pleased and so was the bride and I guess that is the whole idea:)

Yes, the Bride wore a camouflage dress made for her by her grandmother and the groom dressed in his own camo.
