Chocolate Overload
This was a cake I made before I took the Wilton classes last month. It is what got me interested in cake decorating. It is Death by Chocolate cake with Chocolate Brown Betty frosting and my Mom's recipe for almond decorating icing. It was for my Mother-in-law who is a chocoholic. She said it was the best cake she ever tasted, and the first one anyone had ever made for her!
