Luau Waterfall

This was a 1/2 sheet with 6" round...it was a fun one. The kids love the palm trees.

I used the upside-down waxed paper covered Wilton flower forms and piped leaves using the #70 tip. Using the form helps form the shape of the leaves so that when you assemble they lay right. Let them dry overnight and then you have leaves to assemble upon demand. Thanks for the compliment - I've made 5 of these cakes since I posted the photo...kid's love it.
