Hexagon Fondant Wedding Cake
In a effort to put a wedding cake in my cake portfolio I created this and have absolutely no one to give it to! It's a 6", 9", & 12" double layer hexagon carrot cake with cream cheese filling covered in fondant from head to toe! This was my first time making fondant flowers and I thought they came out so cute. This was also my first attempt at making swags and they turned out ok. Note the dent on the middle left tier...my 2 year old wanted to help make the cake! Great...thanks for looking!

Your cake is awsome, I love the pink accents!! Yes, you have to refridgerate it since it has cream cheese and thats a dairy product.
Excellent job! You could consider donating it to your local homeless shelter or other community organizations. I am sure that who ever gets this cake, they will be absolutely thrilled!
