What a fun cake! Such a great idea.
A piece of advice for those that try this one: The cake is slightly top heavy and might be easier to travel with if it were only 2 layers! (It crashed on the board as I turned into my freind's driveway this morning :(, but good news is..it just looked like a huge slice of cake lying down on the plate instead of standing up!)
