I was asked by a good friend to make some cupcakes and a small sweetheart cake for a bridal shower she was going to. The wedding had a lavender and seashell theme, so that's what we did for this project. The cupcakes and cake were marble cake with chocolate or vanilla buttercream. The seashells were molded from milk chocolate and dusted with a mix of silver luster dust and violet petal dust. The sweetheart cake has fondant pearls on the side and on top. The sand was made from homemade graham crackers.
