Flower Cake
This is the cake from my last course 1 class. The icing still needs to be smoother - I just went to buy some viva towels to try, lol! There should have been roses in the middle of the sweet peas, but the lady who sat next to me in class sat her tool caddy down on my roses. Roses are not easy for me yet, so I almost cried when she did that.

Polyester Georgette from a fabric store works very well smoothing out a cake. Keep it rolled on a paper towel tube so it doesn't wrinkle and wash it first to get off all the fuzzies. Roses are not easy for me either.
