33Rd Birthday Cake
I don't know if you can tell or not but the cakes on top are 3's. The lady wanted #33 on top of a 1/4 sheet cake. The flavor is vanilla butternut with buttercream icing. I torted the sheet cake and placed whipped cream icing and sliced strawberries in the middle. I hope the cake will be o.k. sitting overnight in its box b/c I don't have room in my refrigerator.
Forgot to mention that I had a hard time with this cake today. My icing was too soft for my roses to form correctly and I accidentally let the top of the box all the way down and it mashed a few of my roses. :( I hope my client likes it anyway.
