Gerbera Oval

7 inch oval lemon butter cake covered in mint green fondx.... mmmm yum. Gumpaste gerbera flowers .... first attempt, not as realistic as I would have liked.. a little too flat. Twisted rope at bottom is fondx pushed through a clay gun and then twisted.

WOW! I love this. What did you use to roll your fondx out. Mine always seems to get dry and kind of elephant skin like even though I use shortening to roll it out.

I only use pure icing sugar... I think its powdered sugar in the US
