I love the sunflower and gerber daisy with the little daisies... very nice combo... and your borders are so even... that is a lot of shells =)

How do you heat your spatula ~ with hot water? I have never had luck using that method. Is there a trick to freezing the cake? Do you ice yours frozen? You have definitely done a great job with yours!

I use about 75% butter in my b/c so it firms up really well in the freezer. I then run my spatula under scorching hot water, wipe dry, and do a portion of the cake. For me, the trick is to keep it hot, it cools off really fast, so you have to keep getting it hot again. Hope that helps!
