Cowboy Cake

 Cowboy Cake on Cake Central

The cowboy hat is covered in fondant and the bottom cake is frosted in buttercream. The cowboy boot, leather belt, and buckle are hand molded out of fondant, then painted with food coloring. The buckle has an impression of stars and dots, then painted with bronze luster dust. Everything was made the size to "fit" the birthday boy.

Thank you for all your nice comments. Everything was hand-painted with the paste food coloring. I'll try to write up some instructions and send them out soon.
