I have made this before. Chocolate Plasctic is very easy to handle. It's not Fondant. It's Chocolate and Corn Syrup. Do you have more photos. I love your style. It's my kind of style too! Because it does not look like it was bought from Costco or from a cheap bakery. I love it..

I went to the Institute of Culinary art of NY. My chef Instrustor was Chef Toba Garrett I dont know if you guys have heard of her. She is great and has won many competitions, shes very elegantwith her cake decor id like to be as good her some day but she is great with over 20 years of experience. Eve had the perfect definition of choc plastic. costco or a cheap bakery will never have time to make this,they are to bz shoving lard and crisco down the consumers throat while blinding them with quantity
