She is great and has won many competitions, shes very elegantwith her cake decor id like to be as good her some day but she is great with over 20 years of experience. Eve had the perfect definition of choc plastic. costco or a cheap bakery will never have time to make this,they are to bz shoving lard and crisco down the consumers throat while blinding them with quantity
