This was my wirst 3 tier cake, and i must say im not to happy with it, from the beginning what ever could go wrong did go wrong even until we had to deliver it and got lost for 3 hours then the 2nd tier shifted and left a big gap...oh and yeah i frogot to take more icing, lol so yeah i am glad this one was over and done with, it is just buttercream with fondant roses,,,,

Wow! You go girl! Great job, on your first one Stacey! They're scary aren't they? Next time, dowel down the middle and you won't have any problems with it shifting. Use the kitchen grip pad when traveling, you can find it in the contact shelf liner section at Walmart. :D :D
