Wonderful Peach Cakes..

Hi..I just finished these yesterday ,took to my Red Hat Ladies Meeting..they LOVED them..they are SOOOOOOO good. Anyway the part that you scoop out..DON"T pitch away.Tonight I am serving it with strawberries..it's going to be my "Shortcake"..I can't stand to throw anything away.Just thought you all might want to know..as I know many of you are making these wonderful cakes.I used a 1 inch cookie scoop and baked mine on parchment paper.

What a brilliant idea, They look like my madeline cookies stuck together,with your finishing touch. Maybe you would share that . I use a red silicone madaline cookie sheet. Great presentariom. :wink:
