Class Wedding Cake

This was my first wedding cake for my final Wilton Class. Satin Ice Fondant, royal flowers and lace hearts. My bow broke, so I had to go to plan B. French Vanilla cake with raspberry and white chocolate fillings.

Wow! That looks a lot more complicated than my Class III final cake.

That is really pretty- love the lace hearts. Questions: when you stack cakes like that- do you have to put some type of support on the bottom cake to keep it from squishing? Also the rasberry and white chocolate filling- sounds delicious - are the recipes on this site? Thankyou- again great looking cake!

Thank you all!! The bottom tier as well as the middle tier was dowelled. There were cake boards between each tier. The raspberry filling was just a thin layer of seedless raspberry jam. The white chocolate was like a chocolate buttercream using melted white chocolate added to the buttercream. I just kind of made it up, no recipe. Just buttercream with 1/2 crisco and 1/2 butter and melted white chocolate squares.
