Thank you!! I would love to know why they came out shiny!!! I never asked the instructor and she never mentioned the shininess. To this day 12 - 13 yrs later, I've never been able to reproduce that effect!! What is totally weird, is that it is the same icing I used on the cake & other decorations. Maybe it was just all the red I had to use????

Lovely! i like the multicolored flower border on top. And your roses are SO shiny - did you use lustre dust on them?
