So gorgeous, looks like it's made of glass!! I went to Pastrywiz.com, their roses aren't transparent, how did you make them look like that?

Thank you! To truly be pulled sugar you need to 'silken' it which means pulling it like taffy to add air to it. Callingthis pulled sugar is actually a misnomer as it isn't pulled at all, just pieces ripped off and formed into petals.
