Rainbow Cake
The rainbow cake from Course I, second class. I was happy with it as it was pretty simple and it was my first time using the paper towel method which I really like. I did learn one thing, don't wear a baseball hat as I accidentally jabbed my cake with the bill of the hat.

Did your Wilton instructor teach the paper towel method???????
The paper towel method was taught by a subsitute instructor on the first night. You icing your cake and then let it sit for a while then use Viva paper towels and a straight edge to smooth it.
