Pooh & Friends Christening

Pooh & Friends Christening on Cake Central

I made this for my mom's friends grandaughter who loves Pooh, especially Lumpy. As you've probably guessed from my username I did want to keep it!

absolutely adorable! I love pooh! Any suggestions on how to go about making them? Do you start molding the body and then add the arms and legs? Thank you!

Thaks for the comment. I usually start with the body & then make the legs, then the arms, the head & finally all the small details. Sometimes to help stability I use a piece of dry spaghetti, pushed through the neck, into the body, for support & then push the head onto it. I also think it's a great help with modelling if you have a figure or toy in front of you while you're working. It is so much easier than trying to work off a picture. Hope this helps!
