so cute! my daughter's b-day is next month and is cowgirl themed, so I will attempt this :) was it difficult to put it on a sheet cake? any tips? or advice? I am new to this stuff :)

I used the regular Wilton Stand Up Lamb Pan- I think that's the "official" name. I just did a search online and a few sites came up that you can buy it from. I wasn't hard at all. I just made sure I used a few dowels to hold it in place. I cut out a carboard "circle" in the shape of the lamb (just traced the pan) I put 4 dowels in the place where I was putting the lamb cake on top of the sheet cake - then I placed the lamb cake on it's cake board onto the already iced sheetcake ontop of the dowel...

Yaaaaayyyy!!! You did a FABULOUS job! This horse is way too cute and I love what you did for the base! Your little girl must have been thrilled and you should be quite proud!

Thank you thank you thank you....you saved the day!! The base was what her "partywear" looked like - I just took some of the napkins and covered the cake board in them then clear celophane on top! She did love it - so she said after I finished it, so I want a spotted horse on Tuesday for my real birthday!! LOL I said, girl, only one horse per bday!! LOL - She had a bowling party so a few people came to look at - makes ya feel good!!! Thanks again!
