I made this cake while doing a demo at Michaels. I decided to make it a birthday cake for my friend who I was going to go visit right afterwards. Everyone got to see me decorate (I had 10 sign-ups that day) and was able to give it away as a gift! Icing was a little too stiff, so roses came out a little jagged. 3-31-07
