Meaghan's Birthday Cake
DH White cake with strawberry filling. Made for my sister's co-worker's birthday. I tried something different with this one. Strawberry filling was sandwiched between icing layers in the middle. Kept the filling from seeping into the cake. I was told she tried to put off cutting it for as long as possible, cause she just didn't want to cut it. She even ran out to get a camera to get a pic before it was cut. :P

What is the "Happy Birthday Meaghan" made from? It is perfect. You did an awesome job.
I did the lettering in Royal icing 2 days before. I am discovering that I really like this method, cause I haven't mastered writing in BC yet. I'm still a newbie. It's my first paid cake :D
