This was my baby brothers birthday cake this year. He just started bull riding and has an accident a little over a month ago. He fell off of the bull and the bull landed on top of him. He was ok, just a few scrapes and bruises. We just gave him a hard time and told him that he was suppose to ride the bull, not the bull ride him. So for his birthday, I did this cake of the bull riding the cowboy. It's made with the crusting buttercream (faux fondant) and MMF! Very simple!!
