Washington D.C. National Mall

This one was a challenge! This was done for a lady relocating to Washington D.C. (The National Mall) Lincoln Memorial, reflecting pool, Washington Monument, grass area, and the Capitol Building. Of course it's not an exact replica, but I was happy with the turn out. The airbrushing was a last minute idea because I didn't have time to the steps, bushes, trees, etc.

What a huge undertaking! This looks fantastic. Your detail on the capital building from the other pic you posted is incredible. I'm sure the woman you made this for was blown away. Great job!

Thank you, the only thing that isn't cake is the Washington Monument. It is cardboard covered in fondant.
