My husband wanted a cake for his friend who loves sailing. The photo doesn't show clearly the body behind getting back into the boat but it captures the feeling OK. Hope you like it.

Very cool! Love the water and wave effects. Did you marble the fondant or paint it? Figure modeling, hat and boat are great technique too.
I marbled the sugarpaste then used royal icing for the front of the waves and finally painted it all in a couple of coats of confectioners glaze to give it a 'wet' look.
