Tiered Carousel Cake on Cake Central

The bottom tier is made with a contour pan and covered in white and red fondant. Fondant roses are added in the center. The top tier is iced in bc and decorated in bc. The horses are white chocolate lollipops mounted in cut drinking straws. Chocolate horses are accented with pearl luster dust. Roof is made from construction paper.

I made a kit for making this cake too. This one was geared for my Course 3 graduates. The instructions explain how to make it step by step either in bc or fondant. There are templates for the roof and tear drop decorations as well as the chocolate horse mold (4 cavity). It's really not hard, it just takes time & attention to detail. BTW, I found fondant is very forgiving. I misplaced the red teardrops on the white fondant! Had to remove them & realign. Damp paper towel removed all the red from the white

I know it's a while since you made this cake, but can you let me know which make moulds you used for the horses? Thanks
