is this rolled fondant? How do you get such smooth edges?? Wonderful!!!!

I use Toba Garrett's glace icing. I don't outline, I just get as close to the edge as I can without it going over the sides. Consistency is the key to that. I like the look of no outline better; plus it saves so much time.
