My second FBCT attempt - this one was so much harder than the Elmo one! I did this whole cake in one night, when I really should have done a little at a time. I was given the police officer's business card, with a picture of his badge on it - the picture was smaller than a dime! So, I had to improvise and draw a larger version out by hand.
