I really enjoyed my classes and I'm sorry to see them go. I'm looking forward to bettering my skills. I have my first 2 tiered stacked cake for this Friday and I'm a little nervious. I've decided to make my butterfly a signature piece on all my cakes. Does anyone else do that? Thanks everyone for looking.
