Daisy Baptism Cake
I am not happy with this cake - I think I had an off weekend. It isn't centered correctly and it is lopsided for some reason (the customer liked it but I felt she got a sub par creation). It is the White Almond Sour Cream cake (so tasty by the way) with chocolate Bavarian Cream on top and raspberry & buttercream on the bottom layer. I really wish it had turned out better...
Yes - they are fondant - I learned a lot making them!
This is fantastic! I connot do squar corners to save my life! It is a beautiful cake ! off center? Everything looks intentional to me! Maybe that's the key. always say you meant it to be that way! It has great visual intrest!hehehehe. It truley is lovely!
oh yeah, and further, smooting the buttercream and getting the corners right never happened! Any suggestions?
