Pink Butterfly Wedding Cake
This is pink MM fondant & I really struggled with it, especially as it had to go 2 hours in my van. But after I put on the hydrangeas & butterflies I thought it was truly beautiful. And it was pink inside too: strawberry cake with fresh strawberries & strawberry cheesecake mousse.
It's cheesecake instant pudding with 1.5 cps whipping cream beaten. Then I add 1 tbsp raspberry schnapps & shopped fresh strawberries. Yummy outside a cake too!
