looks like you got the top really smooth! how do you do that on the cupcakes? It looks fantastic!
I "glue" down the outer edge of cupcakes with a small dot of icing, I then use a coupler with no tip to go around the outside edge with icing. After that I simply ice the top and smooth as usual. Takes a little practice, but it's easy once you get the hang of it!
