Graduation Cupcake Cake

This cake was made for a co-worker that is working with me this weekend, missing graduation ceremonies for her bachelor's degree. She says it's "no big deal". Well I beg to differ so she's getting a cake :)

You glue the cc's to the board w/ icing and then frost w/ icer tip. I used paper towel to smoothe, but you can't really see the pattern.
