I personally LOVE LOVE LOVE this cake not that Im an arkansas girl or anything..haha! I am and I use to manage the wendys and feed all those great RAZORBACKS>> Woooooooo PIG SOOOOOOOOOIEE!!! you did FABULOUS!! CUTE do you mind sharing what pan you used and directions and PM me... Id love to try to attempt it.. Putting in Fav folder! YOU DID EXCELLANT that coming from a homegrown razorback trapped on the wrong side of the border...lol I so miss Fayetteville (sigh)

I just baked sheet cakes, and stacked them, and then started to carve. Had lots of pictures to look at. Takes some time to get it right. The hat and ears and tail were made from fondant, and everything else was piped on. Hope this helps. Thank you for the comments!
