I had so much fun with this one!! It's a lemon & white checkerboard cake with raspberry cream filling & lemon SMBC with fondant accents. Can't wait to cut into it tomorrow & see how it looks!! My Mom, MIL & 2 SILs will be over for supper tomorrow so I made the cake to have all 8 grandchildren (mine & my SILs kids) on the sides. They are each wearing their favorite colors. I copied the border designs from Sharon's Sugarshack - not bad for a first try I think!
