Cinderella Princess Cake

Yellow cake and BC with Bavarian filling. Fondant decorations and candy plaqur princess. Charged $100 for the cake and it really is huge (12X18X2). Had a lot of fun with this one.

How did you get the candy out of the cake pan? Did you grease the pan?

No, you don't have to grease the pan, it just comes out

very pretty. bet the birthday girl was thrilled. I never thought to use the pan to make a candy plaque..good idea!

I didn't measure the fondant correctly, it was 2 AM! Also, my plaque broke but when I put it on the cake it wasn't a big deal!

you use the cinderella cake pan and then are very careful on how you pour the candy melts.
