Is that a FBCT or an icing sheet? This is a cool cake!

Forgot to add that the cake itself is covered with BC. The image is done using the "pinprick method". Tedious, but gets pretty good detail. To do a FBCT, you'd have to freeze the transfer on the side of the pan since it is rounded.

While the cake is frozen, I use a serrated knife and start up about midway and cut down at an angle. Then I cut straight down from there.
