Lovely, I read your article on how you make your letters- do you have any trouble lining them up when you place them on your cake? Thanks for taking the time to share it with us all too!

Before I put the letters on the cake, I lay them out on a cake board so I know how I want to arrainge them, then I use a toothpick and a straight edge and put very little poke holes on the cake to mark where the bottom of the letters should be. Don't let the straight edge touch the cake or you will have a visable line on the cake. Then when I set the letters on the cake they cover up the holes. Sometimes it helps to use tweezers to place the letters.
